Though we are based in and accept cases primarily in San Jose, Santa Clara County, we also have worked in many other Bay Area and California counties and can advise you or assist you even if you're not in the South Bay area. Our philosophy is simple: we want to develop a meaningful relationship with each client and, as such, we give the same level of effort and attention to detail to every case we are involved in. We are aggressive when necessary but know that most family law cases settle without need of trial, so we focus our time, and your money, on trying to reach a fair and equitable agreement in your matter.

Our Service to You

Not only do we provide competent, compassionate, and, when needed, aggressive legal representation, we also follow the principles below in our approach to client services:

• We will discuss your case for free in a phone consultation and give you an honest evaluation of your particular situation. If you then want to come in, we can start working on your case right away.
• While we are not open 24 hours a day, we are quite often available to speak with you before 9:00 a.m., after 5:00 p.m., and on weekends.We will always return your calls within a short time, usually within minutes, and never more than one day if the issue is not urgent.
• We offer evening and weekend appointments if you are not able to get in to see us during the workday. If needed, we even work holidays and will stay with you late into the night if your case merits the work.
• Your attorney will handle your case personally, with qualified assistants providing excellent support.
• When you show up for an appointment we will not keep you waiting. We will offer you a hot or cold beverage and will make sure you are comfortable and relaxed, both before and during your meeting with us.
• We will treat you with respect and your case will be handled with integrity, dedication, and attention to detail.
• Unlike many other law firms, we will not charge extra for making copies, postage, or long distance telephone calls.
• Whenever possible, your attorney will personally write you back or call no matter how you contact us, whether by email, phone, fax, or mail.
