Our office is located in the River Street Gardens complex of historical Victorian buildings, renovated by Barry Swenson Builder and used as offices and businesses. We are located in downtown San Jose at 350 West Julian Street, Building 6, San Jose CA 95110-2305. The office is at the corner of West Julian Street and North Almaden Boulevard, just west of Highway 87 and next to the beautiful Guadalupe River Park. Around the corner from us is the famous Henry's Hi-Life Barbecue and we are within walking distance of all superior courts in the downtown area.

To find us follow these directions or use Mapquest, which now shows us in the correct location. Unfortunately, the Yahoo and Google maps are still wrong even though we notified them of the problem several months ago, so if you get lost trying to find us feel free to call and we'll help you locate our office.  Parking near the building is extremely limited and consists mainly of metered street parking on North Almaden Boulevard. There are all-day paid lots a couple of blocks away that we can direct you to if you are coming by for a long appointment, and in either case we reimburse our clients all parking fees.

There are eight buildings on this site, all numbered 350-6, 350-5, 350-4, and so on. Each building has a unique color and uniformly matched and painted signs out front with each business's name and/or logo. Our building is number 6 and has a sign out front that says "Law Offices." We are the only attorneys on the site and the office faces West Julian Street, not North Almaden Boulevard. Our building is a deep seagreen/blue and sits right next to the park close to the small parking lot out front. Come up the stairs, enter our tastefully decorated reception area, and we'll be right out to meet you.

From Areas South of Downtown San Jose (using Highways 85, 87, 101, or 280)

Generally, to get to the office take Highway 87 (Guadalupe Parkway) north to the Julian Street exit and turn left at the bottom of the off-ramp. Go under Highway 87 and turn left at the very next light (North Almaden Boulevard). Look for metered parking on either side of the street (on the right side of the street the meters near Lowrey's Irish Coffee House are one hour, the others closer to Henry's Hi-Life are two hour, and the meters on the left, if you can find one, are three hour meters). After you park walk back over to the corner of West Julian Street and walk left toward the park. You will find us on the left side just after you pass the parking lot.

From Areas Southwest, West, East, and West-Northwest of Downtown San Jose

Take Highway 280 toward downtown San Jose and exit onto Highway 87 (Guadalupe Parkway). Follow the directions above.

From Areas North, Northwest, and Northeast of Downtown San Jose

From San Francisco and points on the Peninsula you can take Highway 280 south or Highway 101 south, but if the latter it is probably easier to take Highway 85 south to Highway 280 south rather than taking 101 all the way to downtown San Jose. If you do take 101, however, there is a Highway 87 exit toward the Mineta San Jose Interntational Airport that you can take; just stay on 87 until you reach the Julian Street exit, cross over Julian Street and you will be on North Almaden Boulevard. You can then follow the directions above.

For other locations in the East Bay, take Highway 680 south to 280, exit Highway 87 as noted above. You can also take Highway 17 south to Highway 280 toward downtown San Jose, then follow the above directions. There are a number of ways to get here so feel free to call for more specific directions based on where you are.
